End of Year Gifts for Teachers and Staff

Staff Appreciation

Twin Groves New Parent Tour & Coffee

Please help spread the word about this great opportunity.  This is an event for incoming 6th grade parents and new families to Twin Groves, allowing them to find their place in our school community, meet fellow parents, learn about Twin Groves PTO and how they can get involved and get a tour of the school.  Registration is not required, it is a drop-in event.  

8th Grade Yard Signs

Yard signs have arrived!  Please pick up in the front office as soon as possible.  Kids cannot bring home yard signs on the bus due to safety concerns. 

8th Grade Celebration Lunch Volunteers Needed

The 8th Grade Celebration Lunch is on Wednesday, May 20th.  Volunteer slots are full, but you’re welcome to join the waitlist for last minute needs.  The shift would be from 12:00pm to 1:30pm.  Sign-up on Membership Toolkit here: linktr.ee/twingrovespto. 

Fun Run Volunteers Needed

The Twin Groves Fun Run is on Friday, May 22nd and volunteers are needed.  Help hand out water, popsicles and provide general support from 7:45am-11:00am.  Sign-up on Membership Toolkit here: linktr.ee/twingrovespto. 

PE Uniforms, Stickers & Magnets

We’re approaching spring weather, and students go outside for PE as long as it’s 40 degrees or above.  Just a reminder that the PE uniform store is open all year long, and we have sweatshirts and sweatpants available in the shop!  If you need to update a size or replace a uniform, you can order anytime and the uniform will be delivered to your student at school.  Access the uniform store here: http://lintktr.ee/twingrovespto.

PTO Dues

All PTO Board Members, Committee Members, and Volunteers must be a member of Twin Groves PTO. Only PTO Members will see volunteer opportunities and be allowed to volunteer for PTO events. PTO Dues are $10 per family per school per year. If you paid during registration, you do not need to pay again. If you did not and would like to participate in PTO activities this year, please sign up on MTK. Students do not need to be PTO members to participate in PTO activities.
