SPECIAL LUNCH/DESSERT DAY
Our first Special Lunch/Dessert Day is happening next week on September 24th. If you missed the first ordering window, you will have another chance to purchase Special Lunch for October - December starting September 24th at 3pm through October 11th at 11:59pm. After that, the form will close for good until we begin sales for the second half of the school year. Adjusted prices are shown here and orders can be placed on Membership Toolkit (MTK), accessed via linktr.ee/twingrovespto.
The PTO can not accommodate late orders for the September Special Lunch. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that currently, Dippin Dots does not offer a non-dairy school approved option. We have multiple non-dairy options with Hershey’s Ice Cream, which is part of our regular Special Lunch meal. We do not offer Hershey’s Ice Cream as a separate Dessert Day option because it is available through Organic Life daily at their snack bar.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Reminder: PTO Volunteers must have a paid PTO Membership. These dues are $10 per year. If you paid during membership, you do not have to pay again. We will be verifying that all volunteers have a paid membership before their scheduled volunteer shift. Additional details below.

Fall Bash
It’s our biggest and best event of the year! Fall Bash is happening on October 16th from 2:45pm-4:30pm. Students must remain on campus after school ends until the beginning of the event and have transportation home, as it will not be provided. PHYSICAL EDUCATION (PE) UNIFORMS
The PE shirts and shorts sold through Twin Groves PTO are the required uniform for all students to participate in PE. Sweatshirts and sweatpants are optional. Locks for gym lockers are required but do not have to be purchased through the PTO. However, all PTO locks are on a master key system maintained by the school. Should you purchase a non-PTO lock on your own, and your child forgets their combination or the school needs to gain access to the locker, the school may be required to cut off the lock. We recommend that you provide non-PTO lock combination numbers to the school.
Students go outside for PE as long as it’s 40 degrees or above. The PE uniform store is open all year long. If you need to update a size or replace a uniform, you can order anytime and the uniform will be delivered to your student at school. Access the uniform store here: http://lintktr.ee/twingrovespto.
PTO DUES
All PTO Board Members, Committee Members, and Volunteers must be a member of Twin Groves PTO. Effective in October, only PTO Members will see volunteer opportunities and be allowed to volunteer for PTO events. PTO Dues are $10 per family, per year. If you paid during registration, you do not need to pay again. If you did not, and would like to participate in PTO activities this year, please sign-up on MTK at http://linktr.ee/twingrovepto - Students do not need to be PTO members to participate in PTO activities.
